Pesara Pappu Chaaru – పెసర పప్పు చారు

Pesara Pappu Chaaru

Ingredients:-
Pesara pappu-1cup
onion-1medium size
green chilles-5 to 6
Tomato-1 cut into 4parts
Turmeric
Salt as per taste
Jeera,
Mustared seeds
curryleaves,
oil-1tbspn
Hing- a pinch
Dry red chillies-2
Lemon juice-3tbspns
water.
Process:-
Take a pressure cooker , add 1cup moong dal and 2cups water, pressure cook it till until comes 4whistels.
Now takeout from pressure, allow to cool and grind it withadding some water.
Now heat the oil in a pan, add jeera, curry leaves, mustared seeds, dry red chilly, hing ,next add chopped green chillies & onions fry it for onions turn light brown color.
Add the grinded dal water to the pan and add turmeric & salt ,bring  it to boil for 10 mins.
Now put some corriander leaves and switch off the stove.
Finally add lemon juice and serve with plain rice.
