IDLY-ఇడ్లీ

Ingredients:
Urad Dal-1cup
Idli Suji-2 & 1/2 cups
Salt to tatse
Baking Soda-a pinch.
Process:
Wash and soak the Urad daal overnight or for 8 hours.
Wash & soak the idly suji for 30 mins. Grind the urad daal adding with little water into a smooth and fine paste.
Drain the water from suji and mix it to grinded daal pate together into a fine batter .
Mix salt and set aside in a warm place for 8-9 hours or overnight for fermenting.
Take the idle holder  and fill each of them with 3/4th full of batter.
Steam cook idlis on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes or until its done.
Use a Spoon or knife to remove the idlis.
Serve the idlies with Chutny or Sambhar.
