Mushroom Curry-పుట్టగొడుగుల కూర
Ingredients:
Mushrooms-200gms
Onion-1
Red chilly powder-1tsp
Turmeric-a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil-1tbsp
Mustard Seeds-1/4tsp
Curry Leaves-1 spring
For Masala-
Garlic Cloves-3
Ginger-1 small piece
Fried Chana dal/Putnala Pappu-1tbsp
Cloves-3
Rice/Biyyam-1tsp
Grind these all thing as smooth paste.
Process:
First clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves, when they start spluttering add onions saute for 4mins.
Next add cleaned mushrooms and turmeric, salt, red chilly powder to it and mix well.
Now fry the mushrooms for 2mins and add 1 cup of water and cover with lid.
Add grinded paste to the curry when it is fully cooked and mix it well, again cover with lid and cook the curry becomes thick gravy.
Remove from the heat and serve with rice.
