Dosa – దోశ
Ingredients-
Urad Dal-1cup
Rice-2cups
Chana Dal-1/4cup
Rice Flakes(Atukulu)-1/4cup
Fenugreek Seeds-1tspn.
Method:-
First soak the urad dal & rice, chana dal, fenugreek seeds for overnight, before 30 mins to grind that,soak Atukulu with some water then after grind all those things into a smooth batter.
Next add some salt and mix well the batter again.
Now Dosa Batter is ready to make dosa.
Heat the dosa pan ,when the pan is hot then take some batter and spread it round layer and cook both sides with sprinkle some oil.
Serve with Coconut Chutny or Ginger Chutny.
