Puri with Aaloo Curry – పూరీ & ఆలు కూర

PURI
Ingredients:-
Atta flour – 1cup
Salt as required
Oil-1tspn for mix the flour
Oil for deep fry.
Method:-
Take a bowl and add the flour , salt & oil mix it well for 2mins.
Then add some water and make a smooth dough , set a side that dough for 20mins.
Now heat the oil for deep fry, take a small dough and roll  small chapathis and deep fry in oil both sides.
Serve with Aloo curry.
Aloo Curry-
Ingredients:-
Aloo-2boiled & lightly mashed.
Onion-1big (cut lenth wise thin).
Green chillies-3
Curry leaves-1spring
Salt as per taste.
Turmeric- 1/4 tspn.
Oil-1tbspn.
Besan flour-2tspns(mixed with some water & make it smooth liquid).
Method:-
First boiled the potatos & mashed them lightly.
Next heat a pan with some oil then add musard seeds, jeera, channa dal & urad dal ,curry leaves & a pinch of hing also.
Now add green chillies,onions and fry for  few mins,  after onions turned the golden brown add turmeric, salt, mashed potatoes and add some water to it &cover with lid.
Let it boil for 5 mins then add the besan flour liquid to the curry and cook for 2-3 mins.
Switch off the stove and garnish with some corriander leaves.
