Egg Fried Rice- కోడి గుడ్డు వేపుడు అన్నం

Ingredients:
Cooked  Plain Basmati Rice-2cups
Eggs-4
Onion-1
Green Chillies-4(Finely Chopped)
Carrot-1(Finely Chopped)
Green peas-1/4th cup(Frozen)
Corn seeds-1/4 th cup(Frozen )
Spring Onions-1/4th cup
Chopped Ginger-1tsp
Chopped Garlic-1tsp
Pepper Powder-1/4tsp
Ajinamoto-a pinch
Soya Sauce-1tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil or Butter-1tbsp.
Process:
  1. First cook the rice with adding some oil & salt, spread it on a plate and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped ginger & garlic fry for few seconds then add green chillies & onions saute for 2-3 mins.
  3. Now add  green peas & corn seeds fry for  a min ,next add the chopped carrots ,mix well and  keep frying till the vegetables are half cooked & the veggies will become crunchy.
  4.  Increase the heat to high and add soya sauce in it, stir continuously.
  5. Keep stirring for 10 seconds and then lower the heat.
  6. Add cooked rice ,salt and mix well.
  7. Scramble the eggs in a seperate pan with adding a pinch of pepper & salt and then add it to rice.
  8. Finally add  chopped spring onions and mix well.
  9. Let it fry for another 3mins and then remove from heat.
  10. Serve ho
