Cabbage crispy pakoda-క్యాబేజ్ పకోడా

Ingredients:
Cabbage-1cup(cut into thin long slices)
Rice flour-1tbsp
Corn flour-1tbsp
Ginger&Garlic paste-1tsp
Red chilly powder-2tsp
Red food color-a pinch
Ajinomoto-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Process:
Wash and cut the cabbage into thin long slices.
Take a bowl add cabbage slices, rice flour,corn flour, food color,red chilly powder,ajinomoto, ginger&garlic paste and salt and sprinkle few drops of water and mix it well.

The flour just needs to stick to the cabbage.

Heat oil in a kadai.
Take the mixture in the hand and sprinkle them on to the hot oil.
Deep  fry the pakodas till its light golden color and crispy.

Remove from the oil and place the pagodas on a paper towel.
Pakodas goes well with any kind of dals & sambar recipes.
